The Thursday Night

Songwriting, Poetry and Rhythm Club

7-9 pm at the Water Canyon Coffee Company

Beginning Dec 5th, 2002 and running every Thursday

Each week the club will feature several singer/songwriters, poets, actors, comedians, percussionists, etc. Artists from both inside and outside the desert community will be featured presenting music, spoken word, performance art and percussion. The artists will also discuss their influences and the direction of their work with audience members. Certain session will close with percussion rhythms by desert hand-drummers in which the audience will be invited to participate. Please join us and bring your friends.
